Customizing Your Company Name Badges

You can use pre-designed layouts to make customized ID badges if you have a computer, software, and printer.

Often this is the quickest and most efficient way to accomplish your purposes. Sometimes, however, you may want to include more information than the template allows for. For example, you may want to restrict visitor access to some floors or areas. You can also train your staff to notice visitors' badges to ensure that visitors are always with their designated hosts.

You can customize visitors' badges with graphics or with easy-to-read text for children if you work in a school.
